REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-Day Guarantee You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition of the Product:

  • Damaged / User-Damaged Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged, broken, or modified due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

  • Undamaged Items (Original Condition): If the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, you are eligible for a refund under one of the two options below:

Return & Refund Options:

  1. Full Refund (Return the Product): You can return the item to us. The return process is free, but a $10 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  2. Keep the Product (50% Partial Refund): If you prefer not to ship the item back, you can choose to keep it and receive a 50% partial refund directly to your original payment method.
